Like you, Body for Life has taught me so much about proper eating, proper exercise, and proper mindset. The awesome thing about Transformation is that it takes BFL to a new level. Welcome to Transformation.com. This isn't a Body for Life Challenge, it is the Transformation "Be the Change" Challenge. It focuses on mindset and spiritual connection to get to a place in your life where the physical part of it falls into place. It follows the BFL workout and EFL eating principals, but is much more then that. This is such an amazing place to be. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Carolynn

Warm welcome to Transformation! Hope you will accept Bill's "Be the Change" challenge which takes the Body For Life concept to a different level. Using the Body For Life guidelines for my nutrition and exercise and the assignments Bill provides here, I was able to exceed my physical goals and gain so much more than I lost in weight.
