Thanks Jo for your continued support as a collegue and great friend who is always looking our for my best interest. Jo - The YOGA Ball will not POP seriously.... I think we should really take video at the GYM it could be inspiring for many or at minimun a wonderful comedy routine. We are getting better weekly going from 0 excersize to increasing after our first week - Rae

To me, Transformation Means

Overcoming the self doubt that keeps me from feeling I deserve to reach my full potential in life. It means reducing to a healthy weight and finding a means to practice self love

My Goals

(1). Start the challenge with the eating plan on 1/5/09 (2). To visit transformation.com daily and participate. (3). To lose 40 lbs by 5/11/09 (end of the first 18 wks)(4). To practice Free Day on Saturdays and ONLY Saturdays(5). To integrate regular exercise into my daily life and to change my lifestyle to include this.

My Intentions

To honor myself and respect the goals that I have set for myself above any others.To not view any setbacks as failures, but to consider them lessons and move on.
