 Assignment number 9: as I see it!

When you are lucky enough to meet several of your mentors in person, you can really see them in action up close and personal. i have had the pleasure of meeting many of my mentors, Coach Stoney, Clarissa, Carolynn, Dusty, MichelleT and the list goes on. Even meeting Marty and Norma was such a blessing, the love, the time we got to spend together one on one, was something I'll cherish all my life. But sometimes your learning comes from someone and something you least expect. That was the case when Jerome spent some time with me a few weeks ago. The right time and event presented it self and I was fortunate enough to have my friend their to give me moral support, to pray with me, to talk to me about my issues in my relationship and to provide all the means available to him to make sure I would improve in the areas that I was in fault with. What a great mentor, friend and teacher. I couldn't have been more blessed with having Jerome there at that moment. And it is with what I have encountered with Jerome in this friendship that I hope to able to pay it forward to another person. I was willing to learn from someone who had less time in his relationship with his wife than I did, and boy have I learned a lot.
