T Day 122
Today after work I did Dianne O's workout for the upper body, but due to getting home late and parrot feeding and cage cleaning I supersetted the big muscles in between the little ones. For instance when I finished a 12 rep on incline bench press I went straight into a 12 rep tri cable push down. After doing that routine in about 20 minutes I could barly pull my shirt off to shower. Even a quick routine is effective!
Glad you had a good work out. I will have to try that one!
