T Day 88
Well it looks as if the Tri I was scheduled to participate in is put off until 2009. It was scheduled Oct 24th in Galveston. I think Galveston won't be ready to handle anything for quite sometime. So I still ran today, except is was down some rural roads. I don't know how far, but when I leave for work I'll check my odometer and find out the distance. It was rather hard due to the temp and humidity and the fact everyone is burning a lot of debris. I hope that it isn't bad for my lungs.
I wonder if that's what it would feel like to run in L.A. lol,
