I have just about met my weight goal for this duration, which has been my primary focus for transformation. I decided a while ago that I would not blog but focus on working out and loosing weight. At 117 lbs I am pleased with my weight loss, though 115 is close it is very difficult now. &n

Daily Success 3

I took my weekly free day today. I decided to have it on Sunday. I did not eat anything bad, just a bunch of high calorie healthy foods, like macadamia nuts and fatty dressings and steak. Looking forward to starting my workout program Monday.
