Hi Ashley: Thanks for dropping me a line. It is amazing how many people have been to Downieville. It is very beautiful and yes, the river is cold. My kids jump off the falls on Christmas Day! They are crazy :) Your bike ride sounds amazing! Hugs, Mary Jo

I Am

HI, my name is Ashley. I'm 26 and ready to take control of my life!
This summer I had the adventure of a lifetime, riding my bike from Jacksonville, FL to San Francisco, CA [Around 3,800 miles!] with a non-profit organization called Bike and Build. Not only did we see America at 8mph, we helped on build sites with affordable housing charities such as Habitat for Humanity and Edola. It was an amazing experience to do something so challenging, beautiful, and mind opening, all to help other people!

I studied theatre and film at school and enjoy working in those mediums.

I want to be fit and feel healthy, and I love being alive! I'm passionate about people, and I am always daydreaming about adventure.

I want to get healthy myself so that I can inspire others and help them change their lives as well.

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation is challenging your personal limitations and limiting beliefs.

Transformation is waking up everyday full of love and gratitude, and spreading that postive energy to everyone you encounter.

Transformation is being honest, and open, and making genuine connections with others.

Transformation is being true to who you really are, and growing for the better each and every day.
Transformation is being in control of my own choices.

Transformation is being happy and healthy and open.

Transformation is love, and forgiveness, and taking on life full force, the way it is supposed to be.

My Goals

In 18 weeks I will lose 30lbs of fat.

In 18 weeks I will be in control of my food addictions.

In 18 weeks I will have a positive, grateful, loving approach to life.

In 18 weeks I will be in control of my life.

In 18 weeks I will feel light, healthy, vibrant, and beautiful.

...and have abs.

My Intentions

I will take my transformation one day at a time, while still planning.

I will be grateful for all that I have in my life, and strive to be positive.

I will overcome my issues with binge/emotional eating.

I will inspire others to work towards emotional and physical health.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone who is out there struggling, not living to their full potential.

Everyone deserves health and happiness.
