April, you are doing so good. It took me a whole 12 week challenge to go from 188 to 183 and you are already down 3.5. Keep up the planning and good work. We all wish you the best. I know I find myself eating when I don't know why. So food addiction is what we are up against but we can learn to live better with a healthier diet.

Well done on your planned out T-day. This sunny weather does lift the spirits and inspire you to go that little bit further! Let's hope it manages to stay past the double bank holiday. Keep up the good work and making use of that treadmill x

April- You're starting out the challenge strong! Keep taking steps to move yourself forward. YOU can do this! You're right, if you look at the entire picture of what you need to accomplish, you might become overwhelmed. Take it day by day, choice by choice, and eventually you'll be able to look back and say "wow! Look how far I've come!" ~Jenn

April, We all slip from time to time. Don't be too hard on yourself. At the end of the week or month look back and assess how you did with workouts and meals. My wish is that weekends were more like workdays. ;-) ... Not really but I am so busy during the week that it is easier to follow an eating plan and with the extra time on weekends I eat a little more and there are more temptations around. All the best with your progress. ~Randy
