I am a wife and mother of two boys (ages 16,12); I work full time as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. My husband and I are big-time football fans (Go Bills!! Go Razorbacks!!) and we enjoy sharing in our sons activities (youngest plays travel baseball and our oldest is in a Christian rock band). My husband is recovering from back surgery, and I just need to get my "you-know-what " back on track (physically AND spiritually!) I'm excited to begin to think about the possibilities of starting, and more importantly STICKING TO a lifestyle change!
