Start of a New Day
Good morning fellow transformers:
Today is the start of a new day. Today I begin a new job, and have renewed enthusiasm towards my transformation. For me it is easier to stay on task when I don't have a lot of idle time on my hands. Guess that old adage about Satan and idle time is true to an extent.
Anyway, I was watching the video's that DUDE put up, and drawing some ideas from that I decided that I wanted to start blogging daily, and to finish with my meal plan for the day. My desire is that by doing this I will actually plan out my meals and stick to them easier, and second that if I don't post them maybe some of you will say "Hey Brian, where's your meal plan for today?" It's all about accountability!
So with that, here is my plan for today, Monday, Oct 6, 2008:
M1: Egg beaters with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, roma tomatoes, and a bowl of whole oats.
M2: Myoplex Shake
M3: This one is tricky. Since I start a new job today and there is security and such, I'm ot sure about being able to bring a cooler with my own food in so I will eat out today. The plan is to have a grilled chicken salad.
M4: Myoplex shake
M5: Tuna wrap, green salad
M6: Protein drink
