I ran my 1st 5k
Today was an awesome day. Each week I have a new wonderful experience due to my transformation. I ran my first 5k today to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club. You could either run 5k or 1/2 marathon. Tyson ran his first 1/2 marathon which I wasn't ready for. Anyway...we ran with our best f...

I Am
I am a 38 year old wife and Mom. I entered my first challenge over a year ago with my husband, Tyson, and have never felt better. I was in the worst shape of my life after having my second daughter 3 years ago. I felt lousy physically and emotionally. I can not believe all of the positive effects of Bill's transformation through eating healthy, exercising, and doing the assignments. I can not ever imagine living the way I used to. Thanks Bill for showing me how to live life the best I can.

Hi Ami! I miss you and I'm thinking of you and Tyson... Happy Thanksgiving early!!! How are the girls doing? Emma's swimming with a friend today (pool party supervised by the pool staff) and Henry and I snuck off together to the gym for a workout. SO COOL!!! He showed me all the machines I haven't used in years - what a blast!!! I think I'm secretly in love with an ab machine that doesn't hurt my knees, back or neck!!! LOL!!!
