To me, Transformation means bringing beauty into every aspect of your life and overcoming anything that robs you of your beauty. Inner Beauty--Spiritual Beauty--is where we replace expectations with gratitude; cruelty with kindness and self doubt for confidence and faith. On the outside it is finding your authentic healthy body -- toned, energized and the right weight for YOU. Creating a beautiful body requires that we make the change from inactive to active, that we exchange foods that rob us of our health to one's that nourish our radiance. And, beautiful living requires that we balance going and doing, with stillness and being. Transformation to me means changing the world with your beauty.
