Thanks for starting this goup. I have completed one 12 week program but that was 8 years ago. Since then i have done a poor job of taking care of myself. Yesterday I saw some pictures of me that just made me sick and I decided I needed to transform myself once agian. Im looking forward to getting to know you and the other members over the next 12 weeks..Here's to day # 2...talk to you later
Hi Angie! How is your transformation coming along so far? Hope you are doing well and finding the support you need here. For my Labor Day dinner I am making one skillet turkey sausage, sweet potatoes, onions, and red peppers. Not grilling out...its too hot here today, a humid 89 degrees. Have a wonderful 1st of September and first day of your transformation. Chriss
Angie, thanks for the invite I am honored, I can't participate in a transformation challenge right now having some difficult times and am training for a marathon, right now but thanks anyway and good luck.
Good to see another busy mom at the site. Welcome and good luck with the training. Making goals with running will keep you on track with the program. I just re-organized my goals to better match the level Im now at and some up coming schedule demands. I have re-started with a stronger intensity level because my health is so improved.
The first couple of weeks I had to take a nap each day because of the workouts, and now my energy is so much improved I have to reorganize what Im doing. I am using the site for eating accountability, and find that it helps alot!
Im excited for you, and hope you to hear from you as you progress. jewel

Believing it is possible to make the right choices in regards to my physical health. Staying focused and motivated to live a longer-healthier life so that I can see my four children grow and mature into young adults!
My Goals
12 weeks=Feel better, have more energy, have more self-confidence, have more self-control!Eat right - Do my 4 marathon training runs each week - Do some type of strength training at least 2 days a week! Drink plenty of water - Stop binge eating - Stop eating all the sweets!My goal right now is to lose 15 pounds.
My Intentions
I would like to make better eating choices. I tend to binge eat on many occasions, not good, I know! I also want to maintain my running workouts as well as adding some strength training!
Who I'd Like to Inspire
First, my family! My husband and my 4 beautiful children! Second, the young girls I coach!Third, all my PE and health students!
