The Vision
Imagine a nation of truly healthy, happy, energetic and bright people. Inspired to live life to the fullest; creating value for one another and giving great care to themselves as well.
This is what I see when I look forward to a time now on the horizon.
I truly believe we will transform from worst to first within 10 years. We will become the healthiest nation. The suffering and weight will be lifted. People will be lighter and radiating positive energy and creativity. Men, women and children will be liberated and free to ascend as we were meant to from the beginning.
How will we get there from here?
Since the summer of 1987, I have dedicated my life to answering that question. It is my passion and purpose. It is what inspired the transformation guide, Body-for-LIFE, and it is what is energizing me even more, right now, today.
Everything I have learned and experienced over the past 20 years gives me reason to believe that the GATE can be opened – we can make the transformation of this nation a reality in our lifetime.
The ill health so many suffer from now is neither fate nor destiny. We can turn it around and literally give our children a new world, a bright future; one which feeds their potential and nourishes a rich quality of life.
I see so much ill health as absolutely preventable. Obesity, heart disease, diabetes, depression, cancer – when we as individuals and a nation embrace a new way of living, those conditions will be discussed more in history books than front-page news.
Make no mistake, I am looking at a major transformation. Yet I wholeheartedly believe we can do it! Consider the fact that we are living in the most exciting, transformable and “pliable” time of all. Now, our lifetime, could very well turn out to be as, or even more, profound as the time 2,000 years ago that began this time.

I know that when you do, you will become an inspiration to many others who will follow your example. Your transformation will open your heart and eyes to The Vision. Your transformation will help lead others to the way.
