I have been whining this week. I have gained 5 pounds and its time to ACT and ACT NOW! Cardio Thursday

Hi guys, sorry I have not been posting alot lately. My life is just so full and busy! My hubbys aunt is dying of brain cancer and I am just one busy momma. I have been struggling this week with feeling some SUBTLE feelings of depression. Our Aunt Judy

Hi guys please continue to pray for my hubbys aunt judy. Within the matter of three weeks she went from speaking to just mumbling words and hospice is set up in her home. She has brain cancer. My heart grieves for his cousins and for the cancer that is taking her body. Judy was one of the most caring and nurturing and loving people I know!  Cancer is such an awful disease! Hi guys today is my cardio day and I am cant wait to work today! MY dad is MAKING THE CHANGE

I am just so overwhelmed with JOY today. My dad shared with me that he joined a gym and he is doing interval training. I got to talk with him about how to do that. He even got a heart rate monitor and workout bag and is all set! He is 68 and pretty healthy! I am so proud of him!
