I Am
21 years old, and married to the coolest woman in the world! My name is Shane Murphy, and I am Carolynn Lovejoy's son, who is also my very most favorite Champion ever! I'm here to change my life around, and make sure that my body and my mind are as ready for the task as my ambitions are! I'm going to ASU full-time (hence the screen-name) and as long as everything goes to plan, I'll be graduating in December!

Changing not only my entire life around, but making sure that I am always ready to lend a hand to those who also need help. Transformation means "lifestyle," not "program." You may be able to get with the program, but you're going to spend the rest of your life living the lifestyle!

Lose fat. Gain muscle. Abolish anger. Learn commitment. Help others. Learn more about myself. Understand "Progress, Not Perfection." Love more. Live more. Become the man I'm meant to be!
My Intentions
I want to use Transformation to help better not only my life, but the lives of others. I have spread the word about the site already, and plan on continuing to do so to those who are willing to listen. In addition, I intend on using Transformation to finally find an acceptable center for myself, so that I can get away from the anger and ego that has been my crutch for so long.
