Anita's T3 Assignment 2 - Exercise
Transformation Assignment 2 – Exercise
Round 3 and I’m still getting up around 4:00AM to take care of myself physically. It still feels great as it did little over a year ago. Yes, there are times I hit the snooze button but then I ask myself…what you are doing. Get up! This morning was the first time I did not have my heart rate monitor on while on the treadmill and I was panicking. So I started to sing halfway through the cardio session to see if I was working out hard enough. Well I couldn’t carry a tune and no one was around to hear me sing. This is definitely a good reason for working out early.
Exercise has become more important to me more than ever. With the lost of my daughter’s job, cutbacks and more cutbacks at my job, illness throughout my family and extended family, I have come to realize there is no greater economic savings than being physically and mentally healthy. There is a greater price to pay for not doing anything.

Anita you always amaze me. Great dedication to exercise. I know there are day's I wish I had taken early retirement and just taken a part time job. I have not found time to exercise in the morning having to be at work for 6am so I have to wait till I get home in the afternoon, then I dog tired. I read your blog now I want to go home and exercise. Thanks your buddy, John

Awesome Anita! I'm looking forward to the day when I can be up early (usually 5am) to get my exercise in. I used to do that years ago and it felt so good for the rest of the day. I found that on those days where I didn't want to get up - I would just move my feet from under the covers to the floor... I'd count to 3 and then UP... LOL (it seemed to work). Take care ~ Michelle
ME tooo- Love it! Anita, you are such an inspiration. 4 a.m. WOW!!!! It's all i can do to pull myself up at 5 or 6! You keep going girl. I agree that there is no substitute for great mental and physical health. Stay the course lady! You are worth every minute that you invest in yourself!!!!
