Fore!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey mate, sorry I have been a stranger of late. Just want you to know that I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Haven't got out on the golf course much lately because the Brisbane weather has been terrible. We have had our best wet season for as long as I can remember, which is great because it has filled up our dams but it has also flooded my golf course that I am a member at. Take care mate. Rohan

Paul, saw your blog and went to your Profile. I like your Og Mandino quote. I met Og at several speaking events in the last two years of his life. I got his autograph on his "The Greatest Salesman in the World" book. I had read the book many years before. He was a great story teller and speaker and I enjoyed him a lot. the point I guess I would like to make is that the quote you use will take you to your goals and help remove past frustrations. You will succeed.

I Am

I am here at the zoo - http://www.transformation.com/forum/zoo-man-group/24896-turtle-paul-crawling-out-his-shell-again-challenge.html
I am Paul - 48 years old - married with 2 children. I live in a southern suburb of minneapolis/st paul. I am a radiologic technologist - 27 years. I work for an orthopedic group running their MRI scanners. I am fat although somewhat in shape from many BFL(2 that werecompleted) and T.com attempted challenges over the past 7 years. Bottom line is - I have never changed my inside thought process and have only once or twice in those years made it under 300 pounds only to be short lived. I am going to stop the insanity in 2010!
I care about people and my health and want my body and mind to reflect that.[img]http://www.dazzlejunction.com/]

My Favorite Charity

Make a wish - Race for the cure.

To me, Transformation Means

Simply changing (body, mind and soul) for the better and staying there through feeding the body, mind and soul the right stuff.

My Goals

I will lose 60 pounds my first challenge of 2010 and another 30 my second challenge. I will not drink alcohol during the two challenges.
I will be in Denver in October. I will train to run a 1/2 marathon.

My Intentions

To live strong one day at a time and never give up. To progress towards my goals with persistance - not perfection - one day at a time. And to lift others up along the journey :<)

I need to learn self-love and forgiveness as I am really hard on myself whenever I have one slip that usually derails me. Lord, help me help myself.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone!
