Hello Everyone! I am 53 years old. Married 24 years, and have a Daughter and a Son. Work Full-time. I've always been on the heavy side since puberty. After my weight caused my knees and hips to hurt continually, I decided it time to get out of this prison of being out of shape and overweight.

To me, Transformation Means

Focus. Having a goal and moving your mind and body in the right direction. Leaving the old attitudes and shell of me behind and becoming a new and improved person.

My Goals

2010 Transformation Goals: Jan 4th - May 4th.
Follow the exercise methods closer and work to hit 10 as often as possible.
Eat healthy meals every 3 hours with water.
Make sure I get enough SLEEP!!!!
Have a free day every week.
Meditate at least 3 times a week working up to every day.
Check into Transformation.com - be inspired and hopefully inspire others and participate.
I will lose 45 lbs by May 4th.

My Intentions

2010 Transformation Intentions - To see this challenge through with the best I can give everyday. To help all people around me. To be helpful, motivated, and project the positive transformation that is going on inside me.
