Every time I come visit you and see your lovely smile I get that song stuck in my head: "Don't worry. Bea happy." I will forever more spell it that way from now on. I hope you're having a beautiful relaxing weekend. *hugs* Love, Micky

You are loved so much. Don't worry. Bea happy. =) Don't let yourself get that hungry either *gentle nudge*. I keep almond butter for emergencies. Hope your class goes well. Take a break at least once an hour during study for a stretch. Breathe in love. Exhale stress. Lots of love dear Bea. MIcky

Hey you thank you. Part 3 is up. Sending you a note but thanks so much Bea. I'm not fast really I just figured out a bunch of shortcuts. I was losing it at the end but I will gladly show you the shorthand typing. It's just like speedwriting only on the keyboard. I figured it out when my scribe partner was cut from negotiation talks and I had to type every single day at that speed for six months instead of every other day. Exhausting! It takes a bit to transcribe though. It's more like typing from dictation instead of taking notes -- instead of getting important points you get everything and you cannot slow down or think. So it takes a long time to transcribe and isn't sustainable. By the time I got it all done I had 21 pages. Before you took over doing notes that's how I did it until I gave up. Not sustainable but boy am I glad I got those notes down. I knew there was a reason I had to. Much love and talk to you soon. Micky

Bea - we missed you too!!! The winner for March was Marilyn and the winners (we couldn't pick!) for April were Boyd and Jim. Then BriannaO was on the call as well. All three told their stories. You would have loved it. When I get back from Yosemite on Tuesday, lets connect. I want to talk about you seriously starting and finishing a challenge with me as your coach. I believe in you Bea and I haven't forgotten our promise. Sure do love you, Deb

Bea - I'm sending a prayer up for Dave Bump - after losing Keith(from our team at the museum) in March, I know how shocking it can be. I want you to close your eyes, I'm sending you a huge cyber-((((((HUG)))))). Did you feel that? I love you Bea.... Deb

The Plan is really working for me! It makes so much sense. Join Doing the Plan on Facebook. People ask all kinds of questions and what works for them.It has helped me, that's where I got the recipe! I saw Lyn-genet interviewed on TV so I bought the book. Take care!

Bea, Thank you so much for compiling ALL those notes from the conf call. Let me give you a hand with the names of stuff I mentioned. For the joints I use: Glucosamine & Chondroitin. For muscle soreness recovery and lean muscle mass building I use "Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA)", specifically around very intense resistance or conditioning workouts. I hope that helps :o) Energized Hugs - Yoly

Bea my energized friend: Visualization and engaging the unconscious with very vivid imagination of our Goals and Intentions is something that really does wonders. Unfortunately we tend to make Goals with the rational part of our brain based on Numbers (i.e. a weight number, pants size), but that does not mean much to the part of our brains that holds our habits, automatic functions and can help us or derail us. It is with FEELINGS and IMAGES that we really can communicate with that part of our brains and make things work to our advantage. The clearer the image and Feelings the better it works. Imagine/FEEL how you would feel putting the clothes on as if you already have the body that you want Imagine/FEEL how you would walk and the posture that you have as if you already reached your goals Imagine/FEEL the sense of satisfaction and GRATITUDE Imagine/FEEL how you would react to the foods that you want to stay away from now that you reached your goals and want to stay in the right track. Imagine/FEEL/Taste it/Touch it!!!! Do this frequently as possible or on a regular basis. It does have an INCREDIBLE POWER!! This is something that anyone could apply. Heck if anything, it does not hurt!! Energized Hugs, Yoly

Bea - I never forgot your request. I had to set it aside to fulfill several obligations. If you are still interested in having a transformation coach, I would love to help you! I'm free beginning in April - are you still interested? I love you and I will never forget you many kindnesses to me Bea....
