Everyone born in this world has a unique role that only he or she can fulfill. Were this not the case, we would not be here. The universe never acts without cause; everything invariably has a reason for being. Even the weeds people love to loathe serve a purpose. I might add that every cherry blossom has its own personality, a purpose and meaning in life that is unique to it--as do the plum, peach and damson.

Dennis - I was thinking about you and wanted to stop by and say hello. While here I read your incredible blogs. You are doing it - you are living the transformation. It will be hard, but your recovery depends on it! Hang tough and the answers will come - you know that. Remember the hard things you have pushed through and come out on the other side of - trust God and let go. Remember God is everything or he is nothing - what do you believe? Thanks it is hard work but I love how I feel that is making the difference today because I just got on the scale for the first time in three weeks and I weigh the same!

I Am

I am a 32 year male who is obese and has currently lost 80lbs but still have a long way to go. The thing I care about the most is changing my life around and being here for those who were there for me before I was capable of being there for myself.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

It means a change in who I am and what I will become. It is hard to say where I am going but I know where I have been and will not return. My past has taught me alot about what kind of man I can and will be.

My Goals

My goal for the transformation is to be the change! My goal this week is to eat six times a day, hit the gym 6 days a week four weights and 2 cardio. My goal for the month is to get down to a 46". My goal for the day is to stay the course. My goal for the now is to enjoy the gift!

My Intentions

Is to be a role model for those who never thought they could become something other then another homeboy on the block.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

God first! My mom second!(R.I.P. 1/12/06) My sister who has always been my support! My daughter who is the reason I love today! and last but not least my love who believes in me even when I didn't believe in myself! And my fellow man!
