Eric, I loved the video, made me misty eyed. I've got a workout question for you or anyone who reads this. My girlfriend, Cheryl told me to ease up on my 1 1/2 hour boot camp workouts and keep them to 40 minutes of intense, single bodypart type workouts. My workouts have enabled me to eat what I want through the years and stay the same weight, but my body fat was at 25% on June 21 and my weight was 207. I'm always tired for 2 days after my workouts, but I love the pain. My cholesterol and bloodpressure are high and just for the record I'm 15 months sober.

Wow Eric, congratulations on your great accomplishment and life style adjustment. I struggle with the feeling that my Family does not see me as the "great dad" I want to be. While I know my physical appearance does not matter greatly to them, it does affect my inner peace and happiness. I hope I can achieve the same great results you have! Best, Chris

Eric Simpson....I love you so much! In the early AP Group days when Chris joined all the groups into one...I remember enjoying seeing your pictures every week. You were always so incredibly consistent and focused. You even injured your knee but that didn't stop you. One of my favorite memories is during the Denver Marathon last year and walking with you, Thia and Alyssa in the beginning. I caught up to Alyssa and asked where you and Thia were. Bill - LOVED this video! The hockey shots were so awesome! His son has a nice slap shot! :) Wow - he sold boxes? That's exactly what I do now :) Seriously though, this was so amazing for me to see.
