Bill Phillips Demonstrates His Intense, New 5-25 Workout!
Here's another look at the 5-25 High-Intensity Interval Strength Training routine I teach here at the Transformation Center in Colorado. Give it a try if you haven't already! If you have tried it, how great is it working for you? ~Bill
Small eyes don’t have presence http://www.ebeauty365.com of spirit, no matter How to brush again always insufficient fine? False eyelash is your savior! Apparel like change clothes, wear all sorts of eyelashes are not a dream!
On the way, I Can always see the beauty girl eyes painted "a mass of black", actually this don’t catch the focus of the painting eye makeup. Then what is the main points of drawing the eye shadow? The answer cheap false eyelashes is: administrative levels feeling. So cheap false eyelashes in bulk became administrative levels feeling necessities, for folds girls especially must pay attention to this point.
Hey Bill,
I've tried P90X and Insanity, and this puts them all to shame. Not complicated, and actually a good overall workout for the upper body. Although I've tried many others, I always keep coming back to Bill Phillips for the best workout program around. Thanks for keeping it fresh, Bill! :)
I'm 11 wks post-op from major back surgery and I can't lift weights or do many different types of exercises. I just did the 5/25 workout using exercise tubes (not a lot of resistance and I had to change up the types of exercises a little) and it kicked my butt!
Bill, thank you for posting this. I didn't realize how intense you were going on these workouts. It is a big eye opener to me to step my game up in the gym! Thank you my firend!

Thanks for the reminder to use heavier weights and push oneself! Huge fan of yours for the last 8 years! 160 pounds lighter.... ! You changed my life...
Thank you Bill :) Love the workout it is intense but so much fun. It really was great to see you demonstrating the workout. You give so much of yourself in helping others and we are the lucky ones having you as inspiration!! Donna
Bill, I love the 5/25 workouts because they are quick but intense. Wow, this was more intense than the p90X one that I used and it’s much longer than 5/25. I also appreciate your video to make sure I’m doing the moves correctly. By the way, where did you get your blue shoes? I love them!
Bill, I watched it 3 times in row, I got so engaged I started to over heat and sweat little LOL. I lOVE IT! You are by faaar my alll times favorite health fitness/bodybuilding expert. Not only you make the whole thing look easy, ut you really work to make the entire process Perfectly Accessible to the common man/woman. And I love the precious tips you were giving in the background to help maximize the benefit by guiding us through perfoming each exercise as it should be performed. As Bill Gates made Windows a household name, you are doing the same thing for bodybuilding. As a country and an Nation, we no longer will have the right to sit on our behinds and do nothing. There are no more excuses. I love you buddy!!!!! BTW, does anybody know the band who is behind the background music clip? please? I really love that clip. It goes hand in hand with the Program LOL.
One of these days Bill I will track you down, come and introduce myself with 2 large, computer time and date stamped, B4 and After pics, showing the Bill Effect on me. Like Joy said, me too, I very much look forward to the lower body 5/25 workout. Thank you Ever soo much.
Thank you, Bill! AWESOME workout! I am very much looking forward to a 5/25 Lower Body workout ... is there another video in the works for lower body? I am so grateful for all that you do. I can't say THANK YOU enough!
tanti baci, Kate
the 5/25 workout is a great plan. You don't need any fancy equipment or even a Gym membership to complete the workout. Many people are intimidated by the large "Bodybuilding" style Gyms. This is a great workout for a home gym. Thanks again for more tools to make the Transformation Challenge available for everyone who chooses to make the effort. Mike
What a beautiful art form this strength training is!! I am so grateful for what Shane (flat back), Marty (squeeze the shoulder) and Brandon (calf does not move forward) taught me during that brief time I was able to spend with the team ...... LUUUUVING IT!!!!!!
Bill,
Just gave it a shot this week and whoa!!! I felt great the rest of the day. I haven't hit exactly 25 minutes but I was close. By the end of my workout I was sweating like I had been running. I felt pumped the entire day. This is what I will be sticking to for the rest of my Body for Life challenge and Transformation challenge. Great stuff.
The best thing about it is the extra focus, drive, and short amount of time. I am no longer in the gym long. Thanks again.
I was doing this workout this morning from a USB drive plugged into our media box and my wife came by and asked "Do you just follow what he's doing?" ... "And repeat 5 times.", I said. She asked if we could do it together later tonight, so I have one more in me later this evening and we'll stagger who starts on the bench (Incline Dumbbell Press/Standing Shoulder Press/Bent-Over Dumbbell Raises/Biceps Curls/Triceps Extensions). She just loved the video and needed a spark to begin regular Strength Training. Thanks Bill for the video and all that you do here.
~Randy
This is a great workout and video, Bill. Thank you! I was curious about the change from the standing shoulder press to the Iron Cross?? Don't know much about the anatomy; does this work a different section or portion of the shoulder area or is there less stress on the shoulders?
For those asking about the 5-25 Cardio Workout and the 5-25 Leg Workout, Bill posted a summary of the entire program with videos of all three workouts here: http://www.transformation.com/billsblog/Notes-from-the-Path/Overview-of-the-5-25-Workout-Plan/148383
Completed the upper body 5-25 workout this am. It was very helpful to have seen the video before hand. It was also helpful to know exactly what equipment I needed. I avoided my usual "dazed and confused look " figuring out the machines.
Bill, I love doing the 5/25 UBWO with Shane every Monday! Your approach is so easy to follow and the results are amazing. Thank you for helping so much!!! Dennis
Hi Bill, we got this workout done today and Rodj thinks he may need bigger weights! I was sweating buckets, thanks for the great demo :) -Marianne & Rodj
Thanks for this new 5-25 workout! I've been doing your "Top 12" for a while now, and this will change things up for me! Now, how about a lower body 5-25 to compliment this upper body workout?!?! :) Susanna
Thank you so very much!!!! I really appreciate the visual demonstrations you bring as I find that it makes emmulating the proper form for each exercise much easier for me. No excuses, I can absolutely do this..........and I am! Cheers to 5/25's and all the healthy and positive benefits and rewards they offer! Thanks again for helping me; help myself!!! x0x0x0x0x0x
Hi Bill, I have been doing this 5/25 UBWO since attending camp 10 weeks ago and I am here to tell everyone that this is one tough workout!! I concentrate on form and timing....no resting....250 total reps (I have increased my weights as time has gone on) and at the end I am sweating, my face is red, and my heart is pumping like crazy!! I know that I am doing strength training, but for me it feels like an additional cardio session!! Thanks for the video to remind me about good form and timing!!
Love the INTENSITY! I am sure that after doing a workout like this one, you have to slurp your soup like a doggy, because you can't move your arms well or bring the spoon accurately towards your face. LOL! Thank you so much for sharing this with us Bill. I will certainly ad it to my workouts. Love & Admiration - Yoly
I have to say Bill....i was skeptical that this would work as well as your "body for life" workouts. Hmmmmm...I was wrong :-) Not the first time I've ever said that, and not the last I'm sure!! It's a great workout, hard, makes me sweat, and I can't wait till I'm done. I guess I'm doing it right...hee,hee.
thank you.
Estelle
Bill thanks so much for putting this together, it really clarified things for me. I just started my membership at a new gym today and my first workout will be tomorrow morning. 5-25 Here I come!!
Thanks Bill! Great video. First time seeing the 5-25, and I had heard you talk about it. Anyone know what the cardio 5-25 looks like (or has the strength training been combined into one?)? For the past several months I've limited my exercise sessions to mostly constant speed running, and I need to switch it up with strength training and HIIT again; looks like the 5-25 would be a great fit to just "do it!" Thank you.
Man this is EXCITING! I just watched the other videos last night and did my first 5-25 finishing at midnight. It was killer. I just got some Kettlebells for the SL Deadlifts. Gosh, it feels so good to be lifting again. Thank you Bill!! Love you!!! -Jillian
Today was my first 5-25 Cardio workout and it is fantastic! I feel like I push myself harder knowing it is for that short interval. Before you know it you have all 5 bursts in and your done! For a mom with 6 kids this helps me accomplish a maximum in a doable amount of time. Wonderful!!
Great video, thanks Bill. It is better than the first one. Will you be doing one like this for the lower bod,y now that your legs are in great shape, and another cardio maybe?!
Noy only are you demonstrating the workout, but you are demonstrating how to push yourself through it! I'm doing this tonight. Thanks for always being such an inspiration Bill! it's hard to believe you were injured last year--you're the Comeback Kid!
Hey Bill, great but it'd be nice without the clinking cause there's a guy at my gym and he makes it sound like a blacksmith shop with his clanging and now he'll say Bill does it too. My only reply could be, Bill owns the place, lol!
Great DEMO! Now I totally understand, and I am going to be doing this from now on! Can't wait to see my transformation, Bill! You are an awesome and inspiring person! ~Darlene~
This video looks more intense than the first recording. I can see where I went wrong & am applying myself again to the 5/25. Thank you for the updated version. I expect results. Sherri
Nothing feels better than a great workout with a good set of dumbbells. Today I visualized how good I will look in all my new bikinis when I win tonight's Mega Millions. Hey, a girl can dream:)
Great Demonstration Bill!!! As I continue to reduce my overall time in the gym, I'm using similar methodologies with my training protocol. Moreover, as I move into week 2 of my SFC, I'm on track towards exceeding my goals and demonstrating the results of applying this type of knowledge first hand. Shalom and Good Blessings, -Donald
LOVING IT!!! Also loving that I'm asked about it while training at the Y and I'm not only able to talk about it, but also say that I trained personally with you and your team at the Transformation Center!!
Love,
~ Missy :)
I like it! But I think I need to increase my weights in order to get the same facial expressions as you. Time to go weight shopping. thank you Bill, for showing us this. Christine

Love the pace of this workout, Bill. I would like to add to Susanna's comment about the lower body workout. Will that be coming soon? :)
Do you keep the weights the same? I know that gets harder w/each circuit! Lower body, pls! Watching your form helps. :)
Thanks Bill for this intense workout programme which will break the plateau. I look forward to starting this tomorrow.
Thanks for this new 5-25 workout! I've been doing your "Top 12" for a while now, and this will change things up for me! Now, how about a lower body 5-25 to compliment this upper body workout?!?! :) Susanna
