Hi there, I'd signed up for the challenge but I'm not understanding exactly what I need to be doing. I'm walking/exercising 30 - 60 minutes 3 to 4 times at week but having issues with my eating. do I get a special designed just for me or how does this challenge work? I'm sooooo confused! HELP...Thanks

I am so excited!!! I Believe that I'm signed up, but I keep getting emails that I need to sign up for the challenge. I want to be a part of this, it's time for a change! My husband and I have already begun. We started 1/4/10. So far so good.

Bill, I'm so excited about this next 18 week challenge I can't even begin to express it. Bill, you truly have been there every step of the way for anyone who will let you be there. I completed the BFL challenge in 2000 and had great health & fitness for a few years. Then came stresses, then came sadness, and then came all the excuses that go along with those. Now that I am awake in my life again, there you are, still. Willing to be there every step of the way. Thank you so much for this amazing experience! I loved Body 4 Life but, have to admit I have slipped over the past three years. I am excited to take the time to refocus and make my health and life a priority! I have taken my before pictures, uploaded them........I am still feeling a little knot in my stomach after posting them. But, today is the day for truth!

Bill, I have not been this excited about anything since I completed my first BFL challenge nearly ten years ago. I am going to be turning 40 this year and it's going to be my best year yet. I am so grateful for everything Bil and can't wait to begin tomorrow. WooHoo!

I will begin my 18-week Transformation program on January 25th ~ Thank you for providing the tools that will afford me an opportunity to make some very healthy changes in my life. I am a little bit frightened about the task that lies ahead, and more than a bit uncertain about the reality of accomplishing what I SO want to envision, but I am going to trust what you say ... if, I promise to give it all I've got - heart and soul - you will do everything you can to make this year my best and brightest, healthiest and happiest. Until I can believe for myself, I shall lean on you and your team to believe for me!

I am in and cannot way to go step by step. I am so excited for 2010 and for what is in store in so many ways. I am ready to finish this!

I have just discovered that I have a NEW health issue and like everything else I have faced... I will NOT be defeated! Seven years ago, I began The North Carolina Principal Fellows program, grossly over-weight (345 pounds at 6-1) and suffering from sleep apnea. I have been an administrator for the last five years and now I will be the best! What a great time to begin and continue my journey and transformation in a new year and a new decade. Thank you for being there. This is going to be...GRRRRREAT and Iook forward to the challenge and sharing the challenge with all of you!

I have never been so IN in my life! I have learned so much over the past year about myself and I am ready to grow, progress, learn, and share. I love what this community is all about and I am so thankful for you.

What more can anyone ask? We have an opportunity to learn to be healthy, both inside and out. Most companies charge hundreds per month for this service. What do we pay? NOTHING! Plus we have the chance to win $50,000!!! Two words, Bill... YOU ROCK!

I woke up today groveling in self pity and depression. I have let myself go. I'm over-weight, out of shape, unhealthy and then I realized, I don't have to be this way. I Googled "smart weight loss" and Here I AM. I need this challenge, I need friends to see me through, and I needed someone to show me the way to a healthy life. Bill, thank you so much for putting this together. I have been struggling and steadily failing at getting into shape for over three years now. I bought your book years ago, read it with good intentions and there it has sat on the shelf collecting dust while I got lost in the day to day life of getting by. ENOUGH! It's time to put all the pieces together and move forward on being the best I can be to set the right example for my family, friends and clients. Bill, I just began BFL with the HHC over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I can't tell u all the program did for me. I have never truly been thrilled with who God made me to be, but this challenged showed me I am a pretty special part of God's creation. I have more energy,passion, and excitement than I have had. Bill, because of you and this great community of people, I have never been so excited to start a nutrition and exercise program like I am this year. I had an unforgetable 2009. Goals that I never would have considered doing nor would have had the motivation to follow through with them were completed and I am in kind of awe with myself for having actually done them--I mean 2 half marathons!--losing 24 lbs--and meeting so many people from this community in person. Bill I took the BFL challenge a few years ago & got in the best shape I'd ever been in. Then this year everything got out of control...Thank you for a new challenge for 2010!! I'm signed up & ready to go...time to take my life back!!

Thank you Bill~I would not even think of not doing another challenge! I know how imporatant it is to make Transformation part of my lifestyle for the rest of my life! I am so tired of being upset and sad about my condition and feeling unacceptable even to my kids. I really look forward to the program , i am sure it is what i need. I so loved your book when i read it and followed it 7 years ago now. when the illness came i got through it because of being in good shape. now it it's time to take it on again.
