Total Transformation Video

A big congratulations and THANK YOU to all of you who started your transformation challenge today!! I am proud of you!!

I have something I believe will help your inspiration as you get started. It's a remarkable success story and if you have a few minutes, please watch this video featuring Richard Brown, a father of 5 and HERO of mine who underwent a total Transformation in his life 4 years ago. Today, he is still going strong and helping others by being the change! Richard is an example of the power we all have to change our lives for the better--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We all have the ability to transform so let's make it happen!

Until next time...

Bill

Congratulations Richard, because you transformed yourself, your children, wife, and many others will have the faith and belief that they can do the same, and that it means more quality life with the people we love and want to spend our lives with. Thanks for sharing your story, I am sure you saved a life today!

I hope when I show this story to my pal maybe, just maybe it will strike a chord with her and she'll stop the smoking. She's doing well to loose the weight and doing BFL and I tell her that she'll get more out of it when she stops her smoking too. I too am not with out guilt, but that is another story. I am today smoke free!

Richard: It's as if a Light is being channeled through you from the Creator with a goal in mind-If you share with others and become their Light, the Light shares with you in equal measure. Your video is definitely "in tune" with your nature being satisfied with your connection to LIFE, with your spiritual journey.

Thank you for sharing your story. We tend to take our lives for granted. Seeing and hearing what happened to you is a reminder that life is a gift and our bodies are the means by which we travel through it. It's up to US to take responsibility for ourselves so that we can have full, happy, long lives and not cheat ourselves or our loved ones from time together. Good for you, Richard! Thanks for setting an example of how to change and for being such an inspiration!

I have visited your video MANY times and it touches my heart so - I "experienced" your daughter's pain of thinking you were not gonna make it . . . I am so thankful you did for your family - wow - to get a glimpse of what could have happened - and now you and your family live a totally transformed life. Thanks for sharing.

Richard: Thank you for sharing your experience and for helping raise our consciousness that BFL is much more than looking good on the outside. You are a wonderful example of how commitment to your BFL program resulted in a transformation to a healthy, whole person to fulfill your destiny of being around as a Dad and Husband! Blessings to you and your family!

Richard, I thought of you when I finally found my "Living Bible" in a box in my garage! It has a verse that I have loved for years. I am a cancer survivor and before I got cancer I wanted to die because of sad things in my life. Having a brush with death I had toS repent! We are all still here so that we can bless those around us. I am glad that you understand that. God has you here for those children and to bless and inspire the world with your story of courage and strength. You give hope to a hurting world. Here is my favorite verse you could have written it! "So, whatever it takes, I will be one who lives in the fresh newness of life of those who are alive from the dead." Philippians 3:11 You are alive from the dead and you know that it takes exercise and proper nutrition to stay that way along with loving and giving to others and a good night's sleep! God bless you for sharing your life with us! Becky Southard

Great job Richard, thank godness the lord wanted you to take care of your family and gave you the second chance. We all make the decision to be who and what we are. God knows that we all have no one to blame for the health we have but ourselves and no one can change that but the person that looks back at us in the mirror. Richard's story is beautiful. Bill's program is the best. It's like fumbling around in the dark for years and then you find the light switch and everything is right there in plain view. Think I'll go run on the beach and think about Richards story.

JKay wrote 123 Days Ago

Your story was awesome. I have some friends who I have bee trying to convince to start a healthy life style but they say they do not have the time. I have also realized, through time and experience, that people must do it for themselves, no one can make them.

ACGirl wrote 123 Days Ago

My mother had a heart attack at 49 and was a long-time smoker. She stopped for quite a few years but after her mother died she started again. A few weeks ago she lost vision in one eye and they ended up finding a blood clot in her eye. I can't imagine losing my mother. We've all begged her to stop smoking but she just won't. To all of you parents who smoke, please think about the fact that you are not just affecting your own future. Richard, you are truly an inspiration and I wish more people would experience that "click".

This story of a second chance hits so close to home for me on so many different levels. At face value because my last name is also Brown and I have an 18 year old daughter named Cara and also the way Richard expressed his concern for letting his family down by leaving them in stead of himself. I worry more I think about the negative effects of my death on my family than I do about myself. This truly is a story of a second chance and I am so blessed that I have begun the daily commitment to get stronger and healthier before I had to suffer through an ambulance ride like Richard. Thanks for sharing Richard and Bill. Peace, Dave

njconnie wrote 123 Days Ago

I finally took the pictures. Ugh! It's not a pretty sight. Maybe I should've covered up some more. I apologize to all of you beautiful young people. I know no one wants to see a flabby old woman! Many of you have never seen what an older woman's body really looks like; nor do you want to! Why the heck am I doing this? I'll be 60 years old on August 31, 2008. I've never had any plastic surgery of any kind; that's very obvious. I was once very proud of my body and health. The past 15 years have taken their toll. I just gave up. I'm not doing this transformation merely for vanity. I want to be healthy, vibrant and active. I want to live to enjoy my family and all the wonderful things I've yet to experience. Hope never grows old. I hope to be an inspiration to myself and other post menopausal women who sadly feel like their body is a failing, decomposing heap of aches, pains and flab. Can I do it? I'm surely going to give it my very best. I hope there are still some natural, regenerative resources existing within my body, mind and spirit. There's got to be some beautiful muscles down deep inside waiting to be coaxed out. Good luck to all of you!

Good Morning Bill ! What a great way to start the day - Now everthing is in print - you've given us the blue print for another successfull transformation. One day of healthy eating, a good workout in the gym and positive thinking and its just the beginning. I spent 2 hours last night browsing this webstie, reading all the wonderful stories from people all over the world. Once again, as in the BFL community - the realization that I'm not alone comes into play. We all have our struggles and challenges yet we are drawn together by a common excitiment, anticipation and quest for knowledge. As we embark on this new healthy and successful part of our lives, what a wonderful feeling to know we have so many new friends right here to experience the journey with us. I'm off to the gym and ready to face the successes of day 2. Thank you again for the motivitation to KEEP REACHING !

niamh wrote 123 Days Ago

WOW, what a powerful story. Im so happy that Richard and his family got a second chance just as Paul and our family did. When a life changing event like that happens, all of a sudden whats important in life becomes so crystal clear and as Art so rightly says its not about making even more money, big houses or fancy cars. Im not saying theres anything wrong with having nice things, but if every moment of every day is spent striving to have more rather than to be more, then perhaps we're missing the point?. I know whats really important for me....to be around for Paul and our children and to make wonderful memories together. Walks in nature, picnics by the river, special times with family and friends.... When our time comes, I dont think any of us will wish we had spent more time at the office, we may regret that we didnt get to spend more time with the special people in our lives. and let them know how much we love them. We all get to choose how we live our lives, yes we really do, so please dont wait until a major crisis happens in your life before you start making those changes. If changes need to be made, so you can fulfill your dreams and live your life fully and alive, then I urge you to start making those changes TODAY, it could be the decision that changes your life!. Niamh

I remember seeing that story before. It touched me then and it touched me even more now. I am thankful I didn't let it go that far before I woke up and excepted the Transformation challenge. I have no doubts, I was close, and it was just a matter of time. The fear I put into my kids, of losing mom, for making stupid choices (cigarettes to deal with stress, etc.) was so cruel to do to them. I will never hurt my kids like that again. Thank you for the video. What a wonderful reminder!

Of the people I know who have been in Richards shoes, they all say the same thing. The things they thought were so important, like making big money, and buying fancy cars, weren't. It's the little things that they never considered, like a childs laugh and a beautiful sunrise that are. I love to see the sun come up.
