Hello read your profile and goals and reeally liked what I read and wanted to let you know.
Jilly- Training is off this week as I anxiously wait for my fall schedule! Meeting with my Coach on Wednesday to revamp it and include my goals for this next year. I'm excited! So today, I did an easy 60 minute Spin. I intended to swim for an hour but the pool was closed due to a chemical issue. Yesterday I ran 6 miles and a pace that is pushing it for me- 8:30 miles on the average. The day before I biked for 1 hour and then swam 2000 meters in various sets. The day before that I did a 6 mile "trail" run through the most glorious little forest a city can hold. Awesome! How goes your training? bon
