I knew I needed a change. In 2008 I found myself overweight again feeding my emotions with junk food and alcohol. That year I went through a divorce, lost my job, and both my great and grandmother passed away. I set a goal in 2009 to better myself both spiritually and physically.

Cain, it is such an incredible transformation it almost doesn't seem possible! The beauty of Transformation as Bill has put it is to work on and allow the emotional changes as well so maintenance is not as difficult. You aren't the only BFL'er to lose focus and put on weight again, but WOW! You sure have done a great job at getting it all back again! Congratulations on all your hard work!~Heather
