I'm feeling a little tired tonight and hungry. I'm not starving so that's good. My husband left to work in Florida for two weeks. I believe that's why I feel the way I feel. So, I'm trying to keep busy.

workout 40 min. mix cardio and strength

M1 oatmeal and protein powder
M2 granola bar
M3 soup and 1 toast
M4 cheese
M5 pork, sweet potato
M6 yogurt and banana

Lonliness for me has always been the biggest challenge for me. Fellow military family here. I understand your feelings friend and they are real. Have you been drinking lots of water? I hardly ever get hungry with the food and water I consume. Here for you to vent ro anytime! Love Joan
