Congratulations for accepting the Challenge to BE THE CHANGE! I am excited for you right now because I know if you stick with this, you will be SO incredibly happy with yourself when you complete this Challenge in just 18 weeks from now! Your whole life is getting ready to change for the better!
Rules & Regulations
Who's eligible?
To participate in this Challenge, you must be over the age of 18 before July 21, 2008. No purchase of any kind is necessary to be included. The Transformation Challenge is open to people in all parts of the world.
How to Participate
To participate in this Challenge, follow the Transformation Assignments beginning with Assignment #1 which explains the before photo, and how to paint a picture of your inner condition with your words. In addition, you can also include things like your cholesterol and blood pressure measurements, body-fat percentage and scale weight, and any other documentation of your before condition.
If you are starting July 21, please complete Assignments 1-5 this week. Here are links to the first 5 assignments.
Each week you will receive advice and assignments about how to stay on track with your healthy eating and exercise; and, in coming weeks, you will learn the transformation process of emotional and spiritual well being. All of it is free and is provided by me as a way to be of service and to practice the Universal Law of Reciprocation.

Optional: You can also include a video story to help you express yourself and convey your message. You can update your video each week and chronicle your experience as you go along. For an example, click here.

How the Champions are Chosen
A total of 3 Transformation Champions will be selected from the Challenge. They will be selected based on their whole Transformation. The body change will count for 33.3 percent of their overall score. Another 33.3 percent of the total score will be how well they can express the inner transformation - the heart and soul changes through written answers to the Transformation Questions. And another 33.3 percent of the total score will be based on how well they can describe how they would carry the message as a Transformation Champion, to others who are still suffering the ill effects of neglected physical and spiritual health.
Rewards
As for incentives, for this particular round, 3 successful transformers will be crowned Champions, and each will win a $10,000 reward for themselves and another $10,000 which they will donate to the charity or cause of their choice. AND, each of the Champions will be awarded an all-expense-paid, first-class trip for 2 to Hawaii to attend an upcoming Transformation Adventure!!
Responsibilities
The 3 Be the Change Champions will be invited to share their stories through upcoming Transformation TV videos, future books, and the Champions will be asked to participate in live seminars as well as online programs which are intended to help others transform.
