Transformation Challenge 2010
Bill Phillips' Transformation Challenge is an 18-week program which begins with a scientifically safe and sound exercise and nutrition plan, designed to help you reduce bodyfat while gaining strength and energy. Transformation then goes beyond the body, integrating action steps (one each week) which help you cultivate greater emotional well-being, mental clarity and spiritual awareness.


Week #1: Where are you now?
This week, Bill challenges you to reveal the truth about where you are now, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. He then helps you set goals.

Bill shares how belonging to a supportive community can improve your transformation results by 225% or more. Giving and receiving support is key.

Week #6: Positive Mindset
Bill teaches you how to tap into the creative power of your nonlocal, infinite mind. You'll discover vital links between your inner thoughts and your external life.

Week #7: Progress Not Perfection
You're already making good progress. Bill will help you build upon it. When you do, you'll gain more energy, confidence and enthusiasm.

Week #8: Prayer and Meditation
This week Bill teaches you how spiritual wisdom and science both confirm that prayer and meditation have powerful effects on your health, happiness and life.

Week #9: Concealments
Bill guides you, step by step, through a very challenging process this week which will allow you to reveal and release toxic and unhealthy concealments.

Week #10: Making it Right
