Hey Frank! Good to hear from you. I got bad news though. I ran outside last Saturday, and then my knee wasn't feeling good. I now have bone rubbing against bone in my left knee. Not good!!! I won't be running any time soon. Hopefully the doc will tell me something good. I haven't exercised in 5 days. It sucks. I'll get ahold of you later man. Take it easy and enjoy this weather!! ~Josh~

Hey, I'm just eating a banana right now which got me thinking about Hanna Banana which got me thinking about Hailey which got me thinking about Stef which got me thinking about you.......which has kinda, sorta got me thinking about Kevin Bacon for some reason!!!!! Must be the six degree thing or something!!!! Anyhow, don't know if you know about the entire Kevin Bacon six degree thing or not - you might be too young to remember the board game that was out way back in the olden days (late 80's early 90's) but none-the-less, the morale of my story today is I'm thinking about you right now, buddy!!!! Love you lots -Susan- x0x0x0x0x0x0x

Frank, You can have the snow. I don't want any more. So much whiteness everywhere is messin' with my head. I don't know where I am ... must be on another planet or in a different dimension or something. This can't be Oklahoma. (listening for the Twilight Zone theme music) They're coming to take me away, ha ha; they're coming to take me away hee, hee.

I Am

Hello, my name is Cliff Beefpile, but my close friends Call me Frank. OK, so does federal and local government. I origionally listed all the negatives in life that where keeping down in this section. Thinking about it now, yeah some of it sucked, but life's suckyness doesn't define me. It's what you do about it that makes you great. So, I'm in the middle of making that transformation to the person I want to be. I've succeeded in 2 18 week challenges, and I'm proud of what I've achieved. I lost a lot of weight, and I still look forward to improving my spiritual and mental capacities. I'm origionally from Owasso, Oklahoma (Go Rams!), I went to Norteastern State (Tahlequah, OK) and own a degree in Health & Human Performance, which up till a few months ago, I was ashamed to annnounce that I had. Cause how does someone who went to college for Health and Exercise get big and fat, right? Well, I landed a job working for the Health Fitness Corporation and worked my way up to Assistant Manager. During that time I started playing Semi-Pro football in the Tulsa area, and I thought as long as I was playing and big and strong, it was ok. I had success in losing weight several times and found it back everytime. One of my big successes with it, came when I went from the 290's down to the mid 230's, and got to play Tight End/Linebacker/Fullback instead of being an O-Lineman. Then came a change of Job, and more ups and downs with fit or fat. The last two years brought the real hammer of stress down on my family and I. But through the help from the transformation exercises and support from the hundreds of friends I met here, I've learned to tackle stress with a better atttitude, and to not let depression take over my life again. Go Transformation and Go Team Beefpile!

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation to me means, getting out of the comfort zone, and not doing the same old stuff expecting a different outcome. It also means breaking up with your old body, and marrying a new one.

My Goals

My Intentions

Give my Charity portion to these guys. My daughter has hydrocephalus, and the only thing Dr's can do is shunting, which is just a band-aid, not a cure. Let's find one!
