Changing and TRANSFORMING from the inside-out. Changing on a daily basis, through my physical and spiritual training. Renewing of my spirit daily. God Has A Plan For Each of Us!

Physically-To lose 15lbs of body fat and gain 10lbs of muscle in 12 weeks. Spiritually- to grow in CHRIST, strive to be more like HIM! PRAY without ceasing!
