More Vegan/Vegetarian Eating For Life Ideas

Nutrition, The Right Recipe,Hi. I am a committed vegan. Not as in committed "crazy". Certainly not in any way pushy. My personal friends are mostly meat eaters. I'm hard pressed to think of another person I know in Pullman who is vegan, other than my husband and daughter.

Deb - I so appreciate your comment on my Assignment 4! I did not just want to say I had no one to forgive, I just wanted others to understand what a struggle it was for me and the difference it's making in my life. Thank you!

Hi Debby! Thank you so much for the friend request. I finally got a chance to sit down and read more of your posts. You have an awesome way of sharing yourself, and I'm so glad you found me! I am very overwhelmed by this site, and have been having trouble finding people to connect with. Part of it is my shyness and fears of sharing too much, then part of it is my lack of blog/forum/techie knowledge! I don't even know where to start! I'm so happy you reached out to me, and I'm also looking forward to seeing your growth, too!

Hi Debbie, thank you SO much for your message on #8. You write so beautifully and deeply and joyfully. I actually feel like you can write what you know and do it very well. As I introduce these deeper topics and we get the conversation started within the community, a lot of people will want to know and learn more. I really feel that your insight and experience can become a tremendous blessing to many people and I look forward to talking with you more about that. Thank you again! ~Bill

Thank you so much for all the information you sent me. I also love cookbooks with pictures so I will probably like your suggestions. Also, I cannot wait to try sprouting. I am going to follow you instructions. If I have any questions, I will call you. Sounds great and something I have been wanting to do but I guess I am just procrastinating. You are an inspiration - thank you!

Deb: Which raw food book is your favorite. The only one I have is Bragg's Vegetarian Health Recipe which I absolutely love. Any suggestions?

I Am

I am.... Hmmmm. Hard question as I believe the soul defies definition. I am committed to creatively and lovingly communicating goodness. I am genuinely happy and so grateful to be here!!! In 2008 I became tired of my delicate-health physical body and poor immune response to illness and began this Transformation July 21st to create physical strength to match the other strengths in my life. I am strong willed, optimistic, disciplined, hardworking, supportive, loving and supported by loved ones. I was gifted in all areas except health. I gave myself this gift with God's help and with this transformation process. I have changed this one area to match the others. I am transforming my heart, my body and my soul to match the ideal God has set before me for my life.

My Favorite Charity

RSSB Hospitals

To me, Transformation Means

Congruity. Inside, outside, shiny example of possibility. Radiant health in all areas of life. Wholeness. Integrity. Abundant energy. Joy.

My Goals

1) LEARN - Gain strength, athlete's level of fitness
2) GROW - Grow in ability to inspire and uplift
3) GIVE - Generously become more, participate more, live more, contribute more, give more back in appreciation of this glorious gift of life
4) LOVE - Strengthen spiritual connection with my beautiful creator and with his creation
5) SERVE - Continue to reach for higher levels of the awareness of surrender - or giving upwards to "SERVE"

My Intentions

To shine out God's goodness in the simple, daily moments of my life. Abundant health and energy. Radiant example of possibility.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

The person living a half life, anyone with poor health, individuals who long for something "more". Honestly, I'd love to inspire anyone who is ready for a positive change. We all have so much good to offer the world when we are living at the level of our best selves. It is up to each one of us to reach for that dream and bring it into our individual lives, then extend the reach to include others - and in doing so, include the world. Every good thing we do grows ....
