Hello Transformer Lori! I want to tell you that your support and consistancy have been such a huge thing for me in our little T. COM island group. Hi, I am a mother to 2 boys (men). Both are married and one has made me a grandma 2 times. Yeah!! All of us have served in the military. My service was a loong time ago. I am the proud mom of two soldiers. My family is scattered around the US. I now live and work in SC.

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation means taking control of my health. I need to find my own self worth.

My Goals

My goal is to get my health back. I am now 55 and am fighting sore hips and a lack of energy. I want to have more energy and stamina. I don't have an exact weight I want to be but I want to be COMFORTABLE in my clothes. During the Summer Challange I was able to get under 200lbs. I want to lose another 25 lbs in the next 18 weeks. I want my workouts back to being part of my life not an afterthought. I want to be proud of what I acomplish, not just hope someone else takes notice.

My Intentions

I am aiming for 25 lb loss and to get ready to do a 1/2 marathon walking this year.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire the young girls I work with. I would like them to see how exercise could improve not only their health but also their mood and their stress level.(we work retail in a tourist area) I also hope I can make a difference in my sisters life. If I can help her to start eating healthier it will show her how much better it can make her feel. Maybe she would be able to get off of some of the meds she takes.
