Denver was incredible. I ran my first half-marathon and met so many wonderful t-com people in Real 3D.Dallas was inspirational. Great speakers. Great company. Don't go to the raw bar (a particular restaurant in Dallas with no cooked food, sounds intrigueing, don't go).

To me, Transformation Means
A change from one state of existence to another. Transformation is what happens to everyone on their journey through life. You can’t escape it, Change is inevitable Even attempting to not change changes us.
My Goals
1. Lose 40lbs (20 so far!)
2. 20 push-ups (19 on October 28!)
3. 1 pull-up.
4. Make someone smile. (Done!)
5. Run 3 ten minute miles, back to back.
My Intentions
To change myself so I can change others. To become the man I have always imagined I should be. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My wife, children, friends, coworkers. anyone I meet. I want to be an example of what a good man can be, an example that others choose to strive to be like, for the right reasons, God, family, country.

HEY DOUG !!!!!!!!! THANKS FOR THE INVITE AND IT WAS SO NICE TO MEET YOU ALL!!!!!!!!! i had the best of time and everyone is /was so wonderful!!! and the food was good , right?? especially those chocolate little things that andrew made. i got the last one :-) are you going to dallas?? i am leaving for there on feb 23 for a month to visit and stay with my best friend and cannot wait. i am also deciding then if i am moving back permanetly but i am 90% sure i am. i just loved it there. seriouly doug, if you or andrew have any group photos that show everyones face i would pay yous to make me a copy and send to becky and i, really!!!!!!!!!! so have a great and blessed week!! with love and support, kat in wisconsin
