Well as my usual pattern, I signed up the the Transformation Challenge and have let it slip. Getting Bill's texts have sort of been little prods to get back on track, then when he mentions, Week 2 posted, Week 3 posted. I realize how much time I have let slip, that is lost, that could have been put to good use.Yep that is my pattern ign up, gung ho, lose momentum...Not at working out though I do enjoy working out, do not do enough car...
