I GET IT!

I get that I've been walking around all my life creating a story in my head that is not true about how I am and how everyone else feels!!!

I have to share the most incredible experience that I had at the Landmark Forum. First, let me say that it is NOT for the weak at heart!! But if you are really up for a transformation - you must check it out!!  www.landmarkeducation.com I went in with very little idea what to expect and feeling I had nothing to lose.  It is intense!! But here's what I got out of it!

All my life, I've heard how I need to be a better listener, at home, at work etc.  I've taken courses, read books andI'd say how ever much I moved the dial was minimal and most of the info never stuck!!  In Landmark - I got it!!  I know what was getting in the way of listening and now I know how to listen and be present in a conversation and it is a MIRACLE!!  If the story ended here it would be the best $385 I ever invested - but that, my friend is the tip of the iceberg!!

I learned more about human nature, the working of the human brain and behavior in 3 days of Landmark than I did in my entire undergraduate study getting a BA in Psychology!

Landmark Forum exponentially improved every major relationship in my life - in ONE WEEKEND!! I know it doesn't sound believable and NO there wasn't any Koolaid involved! It's so simple that everyone can get it and all ages - we had a 16 yr old and a 94 yr old. YES!! Every exercise was powerful and empowering.  if you are willing to be accountable to YOUR WORD and you really want a new way of being it's all their waiting for you.  I learned that it has been me - RECREATING MY PAST IN MY FUTURE!! Let me make that real for you - that means implementing a diet/fitness plan, losing weight and then regaining all and more - TIME after TIME after TIME for 30 years!!  Cycling through relationships, discarding friends and men, failing to be present in any relationship because I was living inside my head and because I thought I had a future! READ AGAIN!!  Failing to be present in any relationship because I was living inside my head and because I thought I had a future!!

SO - there is no past or future - there is only now and it is the only thing that is real.  A lot of us know that and live it here on T.com.  I felt I was a step ahead of some in the forum on that note, but this investment to "get" how to "be" another way was huge for me.  Creating possibilities and completing the past!!  There is no right and wrong???  What does that mean?  That was the most freeing concept for me personally.  I learned a real way to complete the past and make space for the new possibilities for myself and my life!  And I learned the power of sharing.... I mean I've been sharing on T.com, but I really learned it's power and how to do it with my family and loved ones!!

Immediately, I am ready to give the gift of Landmark Forum to all of my loved ones! I have shared more energizing concepts and truly learned some things!  I learned about the human condition! Overwhelmingly - I have to tell you - WE ARE ONE!! The experiences of 150 people in the forum were only shades of grey apart from each other - from recovering addict to ordained preist.  The successful business man to the outcast teen. We - fundamentally - believe we are inadequate, we want to be right and we spend most of our time trying to look good for others. But who are the others? They are nobody but you and I. And at the end of the day - what I think doesn't matter.  How I am, and how I choose to be? I own that.

The possibility I invented for myself and my life is the possibility of being phenomenal!!  A phenomenal mate, daugther, boss, friend, sister, communitiy member and T.com challenger!!!
