I Am
I am Tonia. I have been married for 6 years, have 4 year old twins and 2 dogs. I work very PT as an RN in a hospital. I completed my first 18 week challenge this past My and am so proud of myself for that. This is is coming from someone who has never finished anything. I can say with with confidence that am now a finisher. I lost 32 pounds of fat and a tonne of fear and self doubt. I feel so much better on the inside I can't even tell you. This site and the people I've met were and still are an integral part of my success. I am ready to ROCK ROUND2.

To me, Transformation Means
To me transformation is discovering my authentic self and using it for the greater good. It is not about me, but how I can serve others. As crazy as it sounds I have something "brewing" inside fo me under these layers of fat waiting to bust out.

Hey girlie!! Thanks for stopping by and letting me know that I am an inspiration to you!!! I live for that now :) Let me know if I can ever be in assistance to helping you over come binge eating or sugar.. I know its tuff but us girls need to stick together!!! lol And getting that strong relationship with my husband.. best bonus of all!! I never thought that that would happen!!! We are so close now! Before we fought all the time!! Nobody thought we would last.. but now after changing our lives together, we have formed an inseperatable bond and now we are (this will sound cheesy) but we are best friends and I couldn't imagine my life without him!!
