I Am

inspired when my oldest daughter screams ‘Daddy!’ as I enter her room at day care, my youngest one looks up at me with awe in her eyes when I hold her and my wife asks me if I believe I will live long enough to see them grow up.

She asked me this while I stood in front of the mirror with my shirt off. The question jarred me back to reality.
I am 41 years old, overweight and hypertensive.


For years, I have accepted my condition, but her concern was my call to action to ‘Man UP' and take charge of my life.





My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

rejecting my personal status quo of a passive existance and adopting a life of active discovery.

My Goals

Lose 53 pounds and get back into my ‘skinny jeans.’

Unclog my arteries by reducing my triglycerides to 150 Mg/DL or less.

Share with others how to live a more rewarding life.





My Intentions

I plan to incorporate the principles of responsibility and fitness into every aspect my relationship with my self and others, e.g. physically, spiritually and financially.
