I DID IT! I finished 18 weeks!!!!
Did I lose HUGE amounts of physical weight? No, just about 13 pounds.
This transformation wasn't about losing physical weight for me...I had many challenges.
- I broke my ankle
- I went through a health scare with my heart
- I went through a health scare with my husband
- I went through a health scare with my son
- I binged
- I didn't workout because of my ankle / mental blocks
What I did lose was immense amounts of MENTAL and EMOTIONAL weight. I faced personal demons and pushed through pain and fear. I broke down walls that I had kept up for many years...walls that prevented me from moving forward.
What I GAINED was HUGE... I gained happiness with my husband and kids...I gained friendships...I gained community...I gained a sense of belonging for the first time in my life and finally...I gained the satisfaction by HONORING my self promise to FINISH NO MATTER WHAT.
I am working on my packet. My ankle is still broken - probably won't be working out for at least 2 months. I will get my golden ticket and I'll enjoy every minute of our time together.
I can finally say: I DID IT.

8:30 - M1 - Whole wheat bagel (230) - 3/4 C. egg beaters (120) - forgot the cheese today DOH! w/ multivitamin
11:30 - M2 - 4 oz chicken (186) - 1 cup brown rice (300) - 1 cup green peas (125)
2:00 - M3 - 1 cup 2% cottage cheese (165) - 1/2 cup yogurt (60) - 1/4 cup Grape Nuts (100)
4:15 - M4 - Right Shake
5:30 - M5 - steak - baked fries & peas
8:30 - M6 - steak & 1/2 piece of bread






YOU ROCK!!! I would say you got out of this experience what many of us may miss.. Great job!!!
