Julie - I've always quit...but because I was raised that I was never worth fighting for. So now I"m fighting for my own life. What I notice is making a HUGE difference this time around is not only my heart and will/desire to change. But also the planning. If I don't plan for the next day then I will not stay on track. I make time the night before to plan out what time I'm getting up...working out...what I'm doing on my workout....what I'll eat and the times...and I make a task list so by the end of the day I can see what I accomplished. It's a wonderful feeling.
But be good to yourself ok. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Be consistent ;-)
