Hi Everyone! My hubby and I both started today the 8th. We officially started yesterday, but traveling back from the cruise made it too difficult. We had an awesome UBWO and have been eating clean and planning our meals. I am so excited that he is joining me in this transformation. Just having him out there working out with me was great! My almost 21 year old son decided he was going to join along with us. It is going to be a family event. My 12 year old daughter will be going through it with us. Her workouts will be limited, but all the other things, she will be included in. I really think this may be the answer for her! Have a great evening all.
Not sure what you mean about the closed membership fitme. Also about it being safe. I know I won't have a problem discussing anything that others can see. It may help them also. I just don't know how that works or the reasons for it. So I can't really cast any kind of vote on that at this point. If something was being done that was a danger, I am certain Bill or the other moderators would take care of it. Just my thoughts.
