I used to be totally addicted to the frozen capuccino at a local gas chain, but at 250 cals per 8 oz (and the smallest cup was 22 oz), I just couldn't afford it! So, off I went to create a much healthier version for myself.
1 cup water
1 cup skim milk
1 cup cold brew (or strongly brewed) coffee
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 T SF chocolate syrup (hershey's) (okay, during PMS I go for 2 T)
1 cup ice
Blend.....or just stir for a great iced coffee!
This makes a LARGE drink, so you can share it or cut it in half.
*Sometimes I add 1/2 t of SF caramel syrup for a yummy variation.
