Thanks for the info Salena...
Beth...an orange belt??? Is that like Karate...Judo or some martial art??? Thats awesome...I'd love to hear what you are doing. I have had 3 wonderful days...clean eating and no alcohol...giving it up for awhile...as much as I enjoy it... Ran 4 miles this morning outside...15 degrees to start...and warmed up to a whopping 16 when finished. I must be nuts. But it feels so great to be finished early in the morning. Hope you all have a great day...I have had some conversation with Angee via Facebook about Kombucha Tea...let's drop some notes to her to get her back here!!! Susan |

Suan, Yes Kenpo is a martial art like Karate. I did not get to test for my belt, he said we were making too many mistakes and not everyone would pass so he delayed it.
Salena, are you able to walk today? I just finished some good sweaty cardio, now I need to get ready for work. I changed my routine all around this week for my Kenpo test, next week I'm sticking to my plan and I'll work the test in. Beth |
