Week of May 2nd - May 7th

Working on getting out of my diabetic tailspin. soon. My dietary cure for it is eat sparingly or not at all get in minifasts/cleanses. Please if you have a normal metabolism keep nuturing it and don't take it for granted just because its normal. The later is easier than the former and more pleasant too. Here is some moments rowing on Friday. Ever scince its been too windy wavy and cold water -dangerous to go rowing. Tomorrow promises to be warm and little wind. http://www.transformation.com/XOT44/...Weather/142278

I am stepping it up and cleansing with my liver first. The flush is finished and I think it helped start the restart process of my journey. Read from below for more details

Hello! Hello! Hello! I am absent but present.

We were away on the weekend. David had organized a surprise party for me in our home town. It ended with Dad collapsing around midnight when only half dozen of us were left and him having another ride in an ambulance!! Turns out he was dehydrated...hadn't eaten all day nor drunk any water! What a finish to a great night! All is good though.

The rest of the week has disappeared! I have blogged a few things this week but here is the latest. The Yummy Mummy challenge is going well.

Despite my proclaiming to need to change my food choices so far I did not change. Then weekly photo would not reveal anything except more bloat so with that said I will actually do this because I see where I could be heading it is up to me and I choose health and it immediately changes my future vision.
working 2 jobs has placed me in a tailspin and I need to figure this out today my future health depends on it
everyone have an excellent weekend I will check in from now on every Monday with a report

Hello friends ~ Looks like many of us are facing a hurdle of some kind! Yet we march on, making the best we can, acknowledging we cannot do it alone, aware for the need to make adjustments.

I head to the doctor again next week. This pressure under my rib cage is not going away so it's time for more tests. I, too, am de-toxing, but it is not helping to my obvious knowledge.

In my stillness I am finishing up reading "The Purpose Driven Life" and started "Toxic Parents". These two books are helping to put together some more pieces as to who I am and why I do what I do, addressing the fears I have about putting a voice to my past, revealing to me now how those events are intertwined in the present, and how that past was orchestrated and designed to be used. Yup, deep murky, yucky stuff, folks.

Press on. We all know what to do. Put a purpose to it. Without a purpose, our motivation lacks. Make the purpose meaningful, strong, unwavering. While pondering a purpose, explore all options. If one gives you that quivery feeling of accountability, you might just be on the right track!

Hello friends!

I am happy to see all of you are still rocking it.

Long time no see I am still here, still transforming like all of you. Happy to see the warm days! Tennis, hiking, biking, all in the plans.

I am a little bit behind on my assignments, but I plan to catch up.

Share your love!!!

Hi all,
I’ve been absent, but I’m still here too. I’ve just have been deluged with care giving and health issues.. Great to touch base with everyone!

Just got home-so a quick post. I’ve been exercising as best I can, and eating clean, and just starting veggies from the garden.

Hugs, love, and gratitude to all

It does me good to see so many here in group. Sharen you must be very busy thanks for dropping in to share moments. I am doing better with the aftermath of cleansing. Rowed for 2:30 hours Friday. Two hours digging and cultivating and transplanting in my gardens. I have barely scratch the surface on this. I have a long way to go. Spring has finally struck it is here for keeps. ~ david
