JOSIE - Good luck, girl. There are ways to eat clean even when you have to resort to "fast food". Just be careful out there.

Patty - Yeah, what can you do for that?
Carla - Break your legs tonight! How do you measure everything out? Do you weigh and use cups? I am sorta lazy and use the old "fist" and "palm" method. LOL!

m1 - oatmeal & cottage cheese
m2 - RTD shake
m3 - tortilla wrap
m4 - banana & cottage cheese
m5 - protein and steamed veggie (from my stash)
m6 - Right shake
