Suan, Yes Kenpo is a martial art like Karate. I did not get to test for my belt, he said we were making too many mistakes and not everyone would pass so he delayed it.

I just finished some good sweaty cardio, now I need to get ready for work. I changed my routine all around this week for my Kenpo test, next week I'm sticking to my plan and I'll work the test in.
