I am one week into the Body for Life 12 week programme, so at the moment I am feeling quite fat and unfit, but focussed on the next 12 weeks, knowing that if I complete the programme my body will have changed unbelievably for the better, and my mind will be feeling a lot more positive towards my body.

I feel focused, strong, and very happy!

What I continue to force myself to keep in mind is that all this has happened for me in just 14 weeks. Only 14 weeks!!! Sometimes during that process, I got very frustrated that it hadn't happened yet when the truth is, it was happening all the time. All I had to do was make a plan every day and do my best to stick to it.

I feel blessed.
