Hi Everyone, hope your days going well, Went to my Dr this morning and have to go get a CT Scan hopefully that will figure out whats wrong, I'm still having that Plurasy feeling inside, Other than that I'm doing OK, Did 8.60 miles on the bike yesterday in 30 minutes my calfs are a little mad at me for that but today is a free day and will let them rest till tomorrow..
