ACCOUNTABILITY Report for the WEEK of
February 26 – March 4, 2011


Here is a summary of this week in my transformation:

I dropped 1.2 pounds (from 252.4 lbs to 251.2 lbs).

Back, Biceps & Abs (lifted 32,425 lbs; 28 minutes)
Chest, Shoulders & Triceps (lifted 10,410 lbs; 33 minutes)

HELPING OTHERS:

I spent one morning in a training session for AmeriCorps and an afternoon helping an elderly gentleman cope with medical paperwork and physical complications with his feet from diabetes.
