I dropped 1.2 pounds
(from 252.4 lbs to 251.2 lbs).

I responded to questions and requests of several different T.com members and generally supported other members through our support group.

3 Water Fitness Classes (3 x 60 minutes = 180 minutes)
2 Yoga Classes (2 x 60 mintues = 120 minutes)
1 Ballroom Dancing Class (60 minutes)
1 Boxing Class (10 mintues)
1 Elliptical HIIT Workout (10 minutes)
Back, Biceps & Abs (lifted 32,425 lbs; 28 minutes)
Chest, Shoulders & Triceps (lifted 10,410 lbs; 33 minutes)
I spent one morning in a training session for AmeriCorps and an afternoon helping an elderly gentleman cope with medical paperwork and physical complications with his feet from diabetes.
