Hey guys! I'm starting week 3... sick. I still made it to the gym tonight though. I started a 5-25 on the elliptical, but only made it to 10 minutes before I couldn't do it anymore, so I took it easy 'til 30 minutes. Nutrition has been pretty good, maybe a little more quantity because I'm so exhausted I felt like I needed more food for energy. I don't know... Anyway, going as strong as I can considering I'm sick!
